60 min Mindfulness Meditation Class where you can learn the foundational practices of mindfulness to relax and center the mind. In the class, you will develop mindfulness and meditation techniques. You will explore ways you can be more present and mindful in everyday life. Centered breathing, body scan meditation leads to a short silent meditation. All IIIATIYA mindful meditation classes close with a short reflection share.
